Lender is doing a VA construction perm loan. They have provided me with a very basic plans and specs, not the full set of documents needed. What do you call the full set of documents that I need? I want to call the lender and explain exactly what VA requires. Thanks

I call them the required construction exhibits and send them this page from the Lender's Handbook. Good luck!

The OP needs to read chapter 10. Don't forget your certificaton statement which you will find there.

Exactly. Also, some reduced P&S are not legible. Ask for a full set, not reduced.
