That's why they call them an "Advocate". but, a good reason fpor an agent to represent only 1 side.

Yes, dual agency in a real estate transaction is a complete and utter farce. While it is technically legal (with the proper disclosures), it should be outlawed in my opinion.

i admit i do it myself anytime i can but i would never have said what this realtor said. she obviously knew this might be an issue. and ive never had an issue representing both sides but my deals have been easy. could be a problem id imagine in a complex transaction.
