Some of us think we have super powers! From New York to California (or Illinois to New Mexico), there are appraisers who are just very adept at making things happen. However we market ourselves, let's remember not to put anything in writing. If an urge crawls up your leg to start a journal - get excited - and keep it private; if you fancy yourself the 2nd coming, get a haircut for crissakes! if you are doing comp checks, learn the correct methodology: put nothing in writing, lie through your teeth, and make sure you get paid.
