Hi guys.

Working late at the office.

On the multifamily form, we usually fill out the room counts on page #2 as follows, and this is the actual counts. I left out all the rooms except the bedrooms

Units Level(s) Bedrooms Baths......
1&2 1 1 1
1&2 2 5 1

This is an old duplex style home. I would like for it to read on the Comp Grid,

5 rooms 3 Bedrooms 1 Bath
5 rooms 3 Bedrooms 1 Bath

In unit #1, 1 bedroom is downstairs and the bath is upstairs, with 2 other bedrooms.
In unit #2, the bath is downstairs, and 3 bedrooms are upstairs.

No matter what i do, the comps grid gives me 5 -1-1 and 5-5-1.
If i change it, then the page 2 info changes with it/

In the past, I just manually changed the grids to show the total room counts, while having the description on page 2 show where the rooms are. Now it wont let me. I know you can lock fields, but i have never had a report that has all type of Green boxes where locked before.

This is weird. Alamode states the lock is the only way, yet before this report, I never had to do anything but change the counts.

Any thoughts.?

Helen
