What Pics are needed for comm appraisal report

Hello all,

I need to send some pics to a commercial appraisal company that is looking for a photographer. I'm going to pick a couple of buildings and then click away. What pics would a commercial report include? I'm assuming that they want 4 sides, but what about the inside of the building?

Front and rear of all buildings, excess land if any, as well as street views, sometimes interior, sometimes unique neghboring properties or neighborhood properties with heavy influence on the subject.
