I have a feral cat who comes around at night. Attacked one of my cats and cut her pretty badly. Cannot shoot it..dark.

I am going to set a trap (live not a leg hold trap) bait it with tuna.

What Do I do then?

Drive it over to the next county and let it go.

Around here they trap, neuter, and release.
We had a bunch of feral cats outside my last office bldg.
They'll take care of the rats maybe.

Edit. I think the software let me vote c AND d. :flowers:

I voted for the cage match but I like the idea of shooting it also.

Cats are worthless in my book. They make my eyes swell up.

Send it to a local broker as a gift.

I have several neighborhood cats that visit here. They are pretty wild, not sure if they are owned by anyone. I voted for the trap and take to the shelter, but I have to say that I have no mice or rats, haven't seen one on almost two years so they do keep the pest problem in control.

Trap and transport to local shelter for neutering. Leave a donation at the least the cost of neutering.

After all it is a living creature, that has done you no harm. You don't need it for food source and it has not attacked you. Attacking other cats is part of nature.

My family does not kill, unless we either need it or use it for a food source. If it becomes a danger to our family we will dispatch it by transport to a safe location or if not a safe location to transport too, then dispatch it too its just rewards.

Live trap for sure.

Just my feelings.

We have a neighborhood cat (I haven't been able to determine who it belongs to) that sprays our front door on a regular basis. If I could catch the little [email protected], I'd shoot it. But that wasn't my vote.
