My sister sent this to me. Certainly is tiny!

Anyone seen anything smaller?

It's adorable.

Smallest I've appraised is 420 square feet. Had a comp for it that was 300 square feet.

Many in the 600 to 650 range, nothing smaller though.

Mine was 562 Sqft back in 1999. I think they added on since then.

600 is my smallest......
You and I are near each other. I did a 1/1 SFR with 700sf in Deltona and had 3 comps, a pending and a listing all 1/1's. I always say if you can't find it in Deltona it does not exist.:laugh: I used to do a bunch of work up there but not much any more.

600 for me. It was only 600 because of a tiny addition they put on the back to actually fit a small table in the kitchen. Although the size of this puppy was the least of my worries.:new_all_coholic:

By far, the easiest property I have ever measured.
