Fellow Jerseyites / Jersians.......
What's happening in NJ that is impacting the appraisal profession?

I see that Yardville Bank is being gobbled up by PNC. (NOT a good thing...)

I'm down here in Gloucester County, 1 mile north of the Salem County line. I can tell you that there ain't nothing happening here, other then it is almost time to start plowing the fields.

After being pretty quiet I saw a flurry of orders (combined refi and purchasing) over the past 5-6 weeks, but I seem to be kind of quiet again. I'm not a big company and I don't use AVM's for work.

Ah yes, the Rutgers of The Scarlet Knights! I am very familiar with both Rutgers and New Brunswick.
I am IN, and very hopeful about the future of the profession.
