Here is your chance to be heard fellow Jerseyans. What gripes, concerns, or issues do you have with the appraisal profession in the Garden State?

The NJ Coalition of Valuation Consultants is a new committee made up of members of the various appraisal organizations in the State. All of these separate groups have come together as one to provide an outlet for NJ appraisers to discuss matters that affect our profession within the state. What items do you think need to be addressed?
 
Being new to the state as an appraiser, I do not have any beefs, yet. More public information being available, as dicussed in the previous thread is the main thing.
Delaware, has a parcel search, you get lot size, house measurements and sketch, last sale, room count, open permits and more. That would be nice.
