When do we want to have the Forum Meeting?

The choice of the place could make a difference for the choice of when to do this. Comments are welcome.

Jan-March are generally the slowest times of the year and the best time to arrange travle days away from the office for me.

But....if it does end up being Florida - May is off season and the air fares, hotels, etc. would be at the best price. The other time is September.

P.S. I'm usually slower in September, but voted for May (I don't know why).

In Florida, Jan.-March is the high season. You also freeze your buns off in a swimming pool, beach, etc.

Actually, Mike, I think it's cheaper to fly to Mexico from CO than it is to Orlando. I like Cozumel better than Cancun....much better snorkeling/diving and fewer drunk teens.

Never been to either! PV and Guymas only....so far. Was fun meeting you for lunch. Send me an email and I will send you a sample REO appraisal. Not much into snorkles either but I have made more than 100 dives....all in cold water (new england) years and years ago before certification. My single 50 would last as long as most 72s...but I had to wear 18# of lead to get down. Remind me to show you my pics from Nubble Light in Maine. Bet Ross knows where that is!

Are you all aware that Easter is April 20th?

Please comment on having it either:

April / 3rd - 6th ?
Possibility of higher rates and college crazies if we're at the beaches

vs

May 1st - 4th ?
lower off season rates - close after Easter

both are Thursday through Sunday.

We really can't have it later in May because I definately want Wayne to be able to attend and this is the latest he can.
