Which form? VA LGI Manufactured Home exterior only

I would use the 1004 C mark exterior inspection and make it clear in your summary. OR Contact your RLC * is this for a default or the owner won't allow access?

Not likely it is exterior only unless it is liquidation. I agree with your opinion for a change. LOL

Contact the RLC. They will have no problem telling you which form to use.

Do you need phone number for your RLC?

Glenn likes assuming and speculating. LOL Call your RLC.

LGI points to liquidation, however I have been told that is not always the case. You definitely need to clear with RLC before you proceed.

Just fair warning.

Have you contacted veteran?

Go up and knock on door after RLC clears you on the form to use.

I have had many veterans say I would rather you do exterior only. Just use the right form after that.

Many veterans have PTSD and other issues. Say thank you for telling me. Don't even act like you know anything about the veteran's business because you don't.

You appraise real property rights.

They don't require a door knock anymore thank god. They want the 2055.

VA requires the 1004C, even if a drive by liquidation. Been that way forever.
yeah. The VA has already done all they can to help vet. It is about to be sold. Vet will have to go somewhere else. Vet is more than welcome to let appraiser enter and do 1004C. Vet has likely got letter from lawyer before appraiser ever makes 1st contact with Vet.

If it is vacant, it may be a different situation if appraiser knows it. If vet left a long time ago, different situation.
