Why do CE courses cost more in CO and NY than MN?

To satisfy my question, go to www.McKissock.com and check the 3 states that I reference.

Use the "contruction" course as the example.

A course that costs $59 or $69 in Minnesota, sells for $129 in Colorado and New York, and many of the other states.

It's not important what I think. I'd like to hear some solid reasons to justify this difference from appraisers in these states. Thanks.

It's not just McKissock that charges top bucks in Colorado, either. Everything seems to cost more here, from housing to automobiles to insurance to groceries.

I know from personal experience that everything cost more in New York. Not just the City, but in the whole state.

I'm sure that their meeting rooms are more pricy, meals and transportation are higher, etc.
