Any one using WINTOTAL and Shipping thru AppraisalPort?

AppraisalPort is just portal for sending your appraisals. Alamode sells "Mercury" that converts your reports to AI ready format for AppraisalPort. Be careful. It does not convert your entire report. The lenders only wnat the pages they want. My 15-20 page report gets reduced to 6-10 pages depending on picture pages. USPAP pages are not compatible. The only way to get your USPAP compliance (scope,purpose,type of report, exposure time, etc) is to include all this CYA in a general text addendum usually used for comments on the appraisal. That way they get it whether they want it or not and you are covered. Otherwise, it is a streamlined system that delivers reports fairly quick.
