Just got an unsolicited email directly from Freddie Mac hisself requesting a BPO with full interior and exterior complete with comps, a detailed list of improvements to the subject with a value for PMI removal purposes on a property 60 miles away. I may contact the homeowner day or night to gain access.

The fee they are willing to pay.........
