I don't know if he ever left, but I have recently found that he is instructing some courses in the Tampa Bay area and I am excited to attend. It's been maybe 10 years since I took a course with Mr. Vehmeier and he was excellent!

I took a class of his several years ago, when he came through Virginia, I thought he was a good instructor.

Still keep his publication on my desktop, HP-12C Financial Calculator Guide For Appraisers & Basic Income Approach Math.

I use it frequently.......

Excellent instructor. Wish he'd come back through my area again.

you're not in the

(my bold)

(Edit to add: I know that area is pretty big)

He taught a few courses in Dunnellon, so yes, he is in my area. I'd explain why, but the post would be deleted for sharing third party personal info.

uhg. how do you make a mandatory USPAP class more boring, tack on a 3 hour law course on the same day. I spent a total of 12 hours on campus and Steven V powered through it....
