This poll is for Zaio Zone Holders only.
Per Zone income and expenses.

Annual Gross from Zaio generated appraisals.
Poll also includes expenses so the poll allows
multiple responses.

Thanks for your cooperation, us thumb twiddlers
are curious if your getting all the business.

Not fair. Those of that are not zone holders want to know the outcome also!

You can click the "view results" link without voting. However, the honest answer will be less than $5000 from any zone owner.:new_all_coholic:

@1.65 per share I'd say they're not doing very good. Started @ less than .50 went to $5.30+ under one year & then continued down hill from there.

John,
Since the college football season has officially ended, well,
except for the all-star games, and congratulations to LSU,
you'll have time to do a forum search on Zaio....there's lots
of it. Zaio seems to be able to sell some zones in some urban
areas....Much more difficult to get backwater appraiser to
drink their koolaid.

GET OUT THE PADDLES....STAT!!

Its brain dead when it becomes 99 cents,
more and more of those options & 'agreements'
will be worthless.

The stock bumped up close to $2.00 right after they got their last $12million cash infusion a couple weeks ago, but it seems to have been bleeding out since then. When I looked at it a couple days ago they were at $1.50.

I guess they've already been down below $.90 earlier this year, so I wouldn't count them out just yet. They still seem to be able to find investors in Toronto when they need to. The only question in my mind is how deep that well is and how many times they'll be able to tap it before it finally runs dry.

It is certainly not cheap when you have to have to take care of the former TAF folks to pump your product. It was amazing how many "credentialed" members of several appraiser organizations were able to get in on the ground floor of this. I hope I never hungry or greedy enough to become a pitchman for any questionable products or services.

This was never about improving the profession...it was about making some money on a stock offering. Free country to buy and sell legitimate products.

As Dr. Phil would say, "how's that workin' for you"?
