Working on a field review of a property outside of Austin.
The report is a 1004 from 2005, and the fee that the SL from Little Rock charged was only $75.00 m2:

Gee, that almost bought his gas didn't it? Lemme guess. They got their money's worth right?

Kinda like the one given to me to look at for a plans and specs 1000 SF house on .13 ac lot in Decatur. Lot value? $25,000. Total $120,000. They listed them for $93,000. The most expensive lot in that town to sell in 10 years was $6,000.

Maybe it was a new assignment for a report that was previously completed, and they just didn't mention it on the invoice.
