I wonder if this was why they hired Mary Lou?

Some of the things the "reviewers" noted were way to picky. And made the board look bad.
"he stated that Chandler failed to note a garage in her appraisal, (thats an issue) failed to notice settlement problems, and misstated that the windows
were wooden when they were aluminum."
If this was done as a field review, how would he have seen the last two?

A review does not have to be done from the street. I would try to get as much info as I could if I were reviewing including interviewing the owner or agent involved in the prior (2 years ago) transaction.

it is not the number of trainees, its the gross volume of business that matters. If you read further, you find under cross the reviewers admitted to some mistakes on his/her parts and I believe these were detailed reviews with interior inspection in some cases. There was an issue over the HVAC and the reviewer misidentified the driveway material.
