I had a excellent experience today. Moving my wintotal to a new machine had to up grade from Apex 3 to Medina, turns out I bought Medina in 2008 and never used it. Had to call Tech support to get is authorized and working, Johnny Cole was my support tech, managed to get me onthe the right track and operational. Can't Thank him enough

Apex customer service and tech support has always been the best in the business. It's second to none. Especially in this day and age of "customer no service."
