Lee Ann,

Sorry, I thought I had already answered this. I guess I forgot to click the "post" button.

Anyway, I corrected the typo, thanks for finding it!

As far as having two different search methods, it is not possible. I could have it where only the appraiser whose office is within the zip code that is entered turned up. Or I could have it where the appraiser who serves the zip code that is entered turns up.

Obviously to limit the search only to the appraiser whose office was within the zip code inputed would serverly limit the number of appraisers returned, and in lots of cases would result in no appraisers being returned for a search. Think about it. Most counties have many zip codes, which is a small area in a county. However most appraisers serve several counties. Which is the best indicator? To me, it is the counties that the appraiser serves.

Thanks for your input!

I ASSumed it was an either/or switch... I'd just prefer it if there was a way to tweak it to prefer the more 'local' appriasers over ones further away.

Ah well!

Can't have everything!

Looks good. However, the link for "advanced search" on your List page didn't work. Said "page not found".

I was looking for my listing. On AppraisersUSA I have a No 1 position in one county and No 2 in another but it looks like I may be way down the list here so I'll be interested in getting a pre-offer for priority

Dang, thought I proof read everything! That's why when I was an appraiser I always had someone else read through every one of my reports completely before I sent them in. Thanks for pointing out the non-working link, it has been fixed!

We are not selling positions for the new site yet, still testing, but if we do, the existing position holders at AppraiserUSA.com will get first chance!
