ARKMLS cuts out concessions fields

The MLS now will stop reporting concessions... rendering the whole thing pretty worthless. So now what coach? No one is going to talk to you because of some jackass lawyers? Why should appraiser even belong to the organization if they are going to fence us out of the absolutely most critical information that they could provide us in the first place....?

There are many examples of data we are expected to provide that have no or little consideration given to whether the data is available to us let alone reliable. There is a need for the powers to be of all of the different regulatory groups to get together and develop standards for the exchange of data necessary to improve the entire process. However I do not see that ever happening.
