You can now access Benton County, for a fee, deeds, mortgages, etc. thru the clerks office.
I just found this out. Am I behind the times or what?
The last subscription I checked was over $100 a month...this is by the page i understand.
BTW, the mortgages are good places to search for who lent the money and bypass the Realtors who don't want to give you the concessions information.
