Big Delays At Talcb

Has anyone else experienced significant delays coming out of the experience audit process at talcb? I sent in my appraisals and associated workfiles in late 2017 and still haven't heard anything from talcb. Not and email, phone call... nothing.

Also, i have heard from others in my office as well as other appraiser colleagues that the investigators basically interrogate you in the process. Has anyone else experienced that? Any advice? thanks

Yes, exact same scenario for me. Sent in my appraisals and workfiles in late 2017, and am still waiting to hear. I contacted them, and my investigator told me he should be done in a few weeks--that was February. So, here we are in late April, still waiting. I was told Commercial takes longer to audit, and everyone is very pleasant when you speak with them. But the deadline is approaching--take the exam, or not? Don't want to forge ahead until I hear something.

Yes, I know that. Not wanting to spend more money until I know I'm in the clear. The exam is never the problem.
