Virtually all of the time I do reports for are AMCs,
majors, or local lenders. But every now and
then I have to do a Boutique Lender, who has
fancy smancy forms and expects I fill them all
out before they can "process" the loan.
This one, which rhymes with a beer that
has a girl in a blue dress, has 4 forms that
I just diligently filled out, agreeing that I
don't gender descriminate and that I'm
moral and would never do anything torrid.
I almost got to the point of telling the processor
that sure I'd sign the frickin forms, but I'd
put under my signature, 'UD.' She asked me
what that meant. I said, ask your staff of
attorneys, they'll know, they always
include it when they sign forms when they
walk into an emergency room.
