Does FHA require CA 433A Form that documents manufactured home installation on permanent foundation, to be Recorded, or is it sufficient to provide documentation that building permits to do so were finalized? In other words, is a Subject To necessary if permits were finaled but the installation never Recorded by the County?
I asked HUD by email, which responded with "HUD doesn't issue building permits."
HUD field office is now closed because of the government shut down.
