It seems there are about 5 or so people that were upset that live chat was taken down, the others don't seem to care.

Since you are determined not to let this drop I am closing this topic. The time I am spending on this is keeping me from other things.

If you can't live without chat please find it elsewhere. There are thousands of internet chat rooms, very easy to find, I am sure you have already found some.

It's not like you are paying a fee or anything for this service.
