What are other Certified Appraisers / Business owners out there using for either an assistant or someone to do data entry?
What have you had the best luck with as far as a job title type? This isn't a job that everyone wants but it is a rather easy one.
Any reply to help with the additional workload? Maybe I should bring on a trainee.
