I would wager that she's not the only appraiser to do this. Should not the lender or their AMC pay a price for this as well. You know due diligence and all

Oh Good Grief - the co-conspirator is her mother and they split the $48K and they are both looking at 30 years in prison. They are probably both to stupid to get a job at walmart.
