I often receive an error message in a small dialogue box that starts: "Oops we ran into some problems...." that negaively affect the functionality of the AF. Is there anything I can do to to improve the system?

We better revive it. I sometimes wonder whether appraisers would pay a reasonable monthly access fee, which as an "entity" the AF could also receive certification as an educational provider, etc., etc. The Site Administrator advised me a decade ago that he wasn't motivated to enhace/enlarge the system--the system that keeps my career from failing at least 2x or 3x a week.

It seems to be slipping a bit everyday. Sometimes I can refresh and many times have to close out and reopen the program for it to function. Even at that, it seems very slow to react. I wonder if there would be any value, to someone, to purchase the website, if that is even possible.
