Exterior Multi

I have an appraisal order for a court foreclosure and the attorney asked for a exterior only appraisal. This property is a 2 family.
Any suggestions on which form to use? I use ACI and have gpar form .

All of the GPAR forms allow you to state the degree to which you viewed the property. In the signature block area are three checkboxes for: "interior and exterior;" "exterior only;" or "did not view (desktop)."
