A local banker said that they are seeing fee increases across the board among their residential appraisers after the MC form was adopted. I had informed them I would no longer do secondary market in NE OK due to the lack of being able to track DOM, etc. in their MLS. Also, warned that the first hassle over the MC will be my last secondary market report. I do not have time to screw with it with an UW. SO far they are quiet about it...but it will come.
