Freddie/fannie Guidelines

I believe that it is possible to pay the $$$ and obtain a copy of the guidelines from both origanizations. However, does anyone know if they are available free. Also is there anything available, in printed form, the summarizes what is in the guidelines. Such as a Harrison Guide, etc. If so where can it be obtained? Any help is appreciated.

Order the "Handbook for Appraisers" from Fannie Mae--call 1-800-471-5554 and ask for publication number CT147. It has additional information that helps explain their guide lines. Read pages 33-35 regarding the five acre myth.
