Have you read the updated selling guide?

I was noticing the outdated fannie mae selling guide at the top of this forum, and thought I would offer to help some who may not yet have read through the updated appraisal standards. In the 2009 guide, the appraisal section is subpart B4. You can use AllRegs or download the entire guide in PDF, but the PDF link I have posted here is just the B4 section.

(I'm sure some here may not even realize the guide has changed. Hopefully this thread will reduce that number.)
