HI everyone my name is Phyllis. I'm new to the board and just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I am currently typing appraisals and am considering getting my license. I was in the mortgage industry for 25 years and find it has helped me with typing the appraisals. Well, if you're really thinking of getting into appraising, this can be a good time and/or bad time! It all depends. The rules and regs have changed drastically in the past few years as far as trainee/apprenticeship, classroom hours, experience hours and the college degree/credits!
