Hi. I am a "newbie" with currently one thread under my belt. Just wanted to say hi and ask a lame question.
I am a trainee appraiser in the state of Alabama (HeartofDixie, tell me you got it). I have been a trainee for 11 years but just now decided to become certified before the ridiculous 2015 education stipulation goes into effect. Talk about stressful! My dad has been a certified appraiser for 20 years and I am hoping to take over the business when he retires. I have never been sure this is what I wanted to do as a career, still don't, but feel like I have so much time invested I should go for it. Crossing my fingers that I can get enough experience points, all the education requirements/applications, etc completed without losing my mind during the process :Eyecrazy:
