Agree? I’m still on the fence. In my market there’s more than a few with DOM in the months but still no signs of prices falling back to pre-pandemic levels, never mind a bust,

By the way, I mentioned prior posts that property I appraised in 2021 had been on market for too long.
Finally it's in escrow and I'm relieved. I didn't appraise it too high.

My market is popping at about 4% due to the continuing migration out of the Bay Area, and the Sacramento regional market isn't overbuilt either.

The high end over $4 million homes are not increasing as much. Terrible.

I agree, but are current market conditions normal? While inventory is moving in my market it’s slow and I doubt could handle more new spec builds. What’s missing for the spec market is the trade up buyers, they aren’t buying right now.
