Every once in a while, very rarely the stars align.

I got a call from a customer late last night that had an appraisal inspection scheduled for today and appraiser assigned called in with the flu. Could I do a rush and get out there today, they would pay a rush fee.

Reluctantly, I said yes, then when I look it up, it is 1.5 blocks from a house I did on Monday! Square footage within 78 square feet in size, it is a sale so MLS pics show it is in same condition. It is a damn clone of the one I already did this week, even similar in age.

Heee Heee Heee, I must have done something right, good carma.
