Yep. Kevin has moved to Florida and sold the practice to Mark Nelson. My contract was signed the week after Mark and Kevin settled the sale, so I haven't had the opportunity to meet him yet.

I am from Davenport, IA and starting my training to become a RE appraiser. As someone who has some information tech experience, one of my first responsibilities is to figure out how to bring the office and data management into the 21st century.
