HUD 92051

I am to reinspect a home that was subject to repairs and the lender wants HUD 92051. Not in my software. Aren't they supposed to provide that?

Correct but my guess is they just want a 1004-D

Correct but my guess is they just wanted a 1004-D--Most used the 90251 on FHA New Construction but on Repairs called out by appraiser HUD told us to just use the 1004-D * I guess the lender can opt to use the 92051 on a FHA if they want.
