I was trying to write what was going to be a 2 page text addendum. It included a copy of the information provided by the lender (HO really), additional comments and rebuttal.
After several attempts to type it directly into "extra addendum pages" and losing it several times (ACI crashing), I had some great comments that were lost. My swiss cheese brain was unable to reproduce some great verbiage.
I discovered that it was easier to type to Word and then copy/paste to ACI.
Just something to keep in the back of the mind.
