    I think that having other disciplines would be beneficial to all of us.... I have had questions on certain topics come up... for example.. I had a vacant piece - Foreclosure with a mineral right on it... did not know bank did not know it.... luckily the bank did not want that valuation from me... and they were going to get someone for just the minerals --- but It would have been nice to chat about it with others.

    Thank you for your feedback. It appears that many do not need additional forums (most likely the residential appriasers) but some do so we'll leave it up and see how it goes.

    Personal property appraising that relates to real estate would certainly be beneficial. Relocatable fixtures, cogeneration systems, etc.
