Same. In the last 6 years, I only recall 3 times I could not actually get into a home at my scheduled inspection time. No issues scheduling things either.I don't have any issues with scheduling.

We use Showingtime in my market, which makes it very easy. But even before that was widespread, I would email and/or text. If I got no response in 24 hours, I would ask for a different contact name from my client.
