M/S has given me a good price on the four products above. It comes to a couple of new products and two of the same old ones.


The log one is the training CD for doing log homes correctly. Starting to get more and more commercial work, so up grading to Comm.

Is there other sources that might be better.

I am currently using NADA for Mfg.

Ray... a companion guide to Marshall & Swift is the "Exceptional Homes.. A Cost Guide for High-Value and Unique Residences" is a good buy at $59.00 + shipping.

Besides having data on very high-end houses, it has lots of stuff for berm-houses, rammed earth houses, passive solar homes, baled-straw homes, envelope homes (?), etc.
