Ken Rossman

I just learned that another one of the original Long Island Gang members, Ken Rossman, has passed away. He moved down to Florida years ago, so I kind of lost touch with him outside of social media. I have seen him post on FB for a while, and found about this when I check out his page. He was a very prominent appraiser here back in the day, and it's sad to see another one of the good guys gone. RIP.

I’m sorry to hear this. He started a SFREP appraisal software users group on yahoo back in the late 1990s which predated this forum and facebook, he was a very knowledgeable appraiser.

I had no idea! We were friends on social media, hadn't noticed he hadn't been posting. When did this happen? Regardless, RIP Mr. Rossman!

Ken was a nice guy and an excellent appraiser. I remember he did a lot of bail bonds work down here. I am saddened to hear the news.
