You really did not mean for your tech support staff to leave me hanging with unresolved Hotspot issues, did you? Yesterday morning spent over an hour on phone with one of your men and the issue was not resolved. He said he made a ticket for other staff to review. With if being rather difficult to get someone on the phone, maybe your staff could do as promised. Very important, we hung up knowing the problem was not resolved, however the Hotspot specialist was scheduled to come in later that day.
