The students will walk away understanding when communication with the appraiser is permitted, the appraiser
will understand how they can stay in incompliance with USPAP and local licensing laws. There is a review of
the Fannie Mae three-year project of moderation of the appraisal process, including current appraisal waivers
desktop and Hybrid appraisal products. This course is designed for both appraisers and agent/brokers to have
a better understanding of the changes in the appraisal profession
