What happens if you try to PM a member and they haven't activated their PM by posting a message?

Will they still get the PM?

Ben,

Actually you will receive a message when you try to send them a PM that they are not allowed to use the PM system and that the message can't be sent.

I tried to send one this week and got blocked?

As stated above in my original post existing users need to make 1 post in order to use the PM system. Since you've made this post you're good now.

As long as you're in the group "AF Members" you can use the PM system.

For a moment, I figured PM meant "post message"....and was concerned that my message didn't post. It was just a question, trying to figure out what an acronym meant.

After a while, I realized PM meant Private Message.
