The first Mandatory Renewal Update (NM Rules and Regs) class was on October 14th in ABQ and Karen Cuellar, NM Real Estate Appraisers Board Member and Educational chair, did a great job teaching it. This class is a REQUIREMENT for license renewal. See www.NM-AC.org for the latest info.
