One of the core aspects of OneKey™ MLS was to create an amazing new consumer website that would attract millions of consumers across New York State who were drawn to our thousands of accurate listings and connect them to you. After the usual blood, sweat and tears experience behind most worthwhile initiatives, OneKeyMLS.com officially launched Monday, June 22, 2020. In a week’s time has already established itself as a new lead generator tool for our REALTORS®, while establishing itself as the new place to search for a home in over 500 communities. Analytics show that the site is averaging around
20,000 visitor sessions a day with sessions averaging 5 minutes in length. Moreover,
4,200 email requests coming from consumers visiting the site have been delivered to brokers and agents over the past week. This is our starting point and the numbers are cause for optimism and we will continue working hard to see that those numbers grow as OneKey™ MLS is committed to helping you do better business.
Over my 30 years working in this industry I have seen the market hit many highs and lows, but what has been a constant is REALTORS® ability to overcome the obstacles to doing business by adapting to current conditions. REALTORS® are resilient. The upward trend recently in our REALTORS® engagement across all our channels reaffirms your resilient nature and is nothing short of remarkable.
