Okay I am sure that the title got your attention, but I am looking for a specific input on one item at AppraiserUSA.com. Not your general opinion on AMC's.

AppraiserUSA.com is used by many AMC's as well as all types of other clients that need to find appraisers.

I know that some of you don't work for AMC's and don't want to be contacted by them. I also know some of you do work for AMC's and welcome their contact.

So in order to try to direct the AMC contacts where they are welcome, and keep them away from the apprasiers that don't want them, I am thinking about including the following appraiser selectable options in the AppraiserUSA.com listing, and calling it, say, "AMC Statement".

There would be 3 choices available, and you would only be able to choose one:

    AMC Statement:

    1. No statement about AMC's (default)
With this one the listing would appear just like it does now, neither a positive or negative statement about AMC contacts.

    2. No AMC contact. The below statment would appear in the appraiser's listing:
"This appraiser does not work for AMC's, please do not contact this appraiser if you are an AMC."

    3. AMC contact welcome. The below statment would appear in the appraiser's listing.
"This appraiser provides appraisals for AMC's as well as other clients. AMC contacts are welcome."

    Or something to that effect.

So please take my poll and leave any comments and suggestions about this proposal.
